Why I'm standing

I believe Horizons Council has an important role but a role that is poorly understood; and ratepayers do not get good value for their rates.

About me

Understand the challenges in our region, I am outspoken, smart, hard- working and bring relevant experience to debate and decide on solutions to council issues.

My priorities
  1. Push pause on rate increases over the next two years during this high inflation period.
  2. Work to protect our environment by continued preparation for climate change impacts.
  3. Work on strengthening our communities so that we can speak with one voice with government.
