The board is made up of seven members: five members elected by voters, including four members from your area, and two councillors from the Waipa District council. This is a first past the post (FPP) election, so you vote by ticking the name of your preferred candidate on your ballot paper. Why I'm standing

I love living in Cambridge and raising my family here, and as this town faces the challenges of growth, I want to make sure Cambridge retains that which makes it special and a great place to live.

About me

I have gained invaluable experience in my first term as a board member; experience that will be crucial to ensuring the community has a voice to council and the needs of Cambridge are seen and understood. I bring strategic thinking, cooperation, imagination and courage to my role as a board member.

My priorities
  1. Advocate for a new Cambridge library.
  2. Develop strong relationships with the community.
  3. Ensure Cambridge CBD remains vibrant for the whole community.
