Why I'm standing

The people of Christchurch have seen lots of change in the last 10 years; this pace is likely to continue. Key concerns are the impact of climate change; increasing housing densities resulting in less liveable streets; and the increase cost of transport. These stresses will be felt by families especially and increase inequity across the city. I will work hard to support residents, so no one is left behind.

About me

As a woman with a young family, living in a modest area, I wish to continue to represent and work hard for the needs of a sector of our society that is often too busy to be heard, but cares very much our collective future.

My priorities
  1. Increasing equitable access to services and quality of life across our city.
  2. Improving our environment by increasing biodiversity and cleaning up our waterways.
  3. Ensuring the Hoon Hay Community Centre has a kitchen and modern day facilities.
