Why I'm standing

I have always been an active member of the communities in which I have lived and I am passionate about doing what I can to make the community an even better place to live in. I believe I can and will contribute something of value if elected. In addition, by standing an election is now required, giving community members the opportunity to vote for who they want to represent their issues and concerns.

About me

I am committed to serving my local community and will apply myself diligently to the role of elected. I have a background in the administration and financial management of local and national voluntary organisations, along with a number of years' experience in the field of law. I believe my past work and life experiences will be very helpful attributes for the position I have been nominated for.
