The Te Pātaka o Rākaihautū Banks Peninsula Community Board represents your local community and advocates to Christchurch City Council about local issues, including public transport and facilities such as libraries and parks. The board is made up of eight members: seven members elected by voters, including two members from your area, and one councillor from the Christchurch City council.
