Why I'm standing

I have for nine years assessed council and its low delivery rates of consulted projects and services for money given by us all – time to run it like a real business, with a customer focus and deliver fair services for the rates charged. We can't keep taking rates and not delivering – its unacceptable.

About me

I have a long term record of community ground up advocacy, support and leadership of the people and their communities. To enhance the voices of all, to take the 'ego' out of politics and truly listen to and deliver what the people, business, farms, growers and communities want and in a practical common-sense manner that takes away barriers rather than builds them.

My priorities
  1. Focus on our core services and ensure council understands 'what we do and why' so we can start delivering.
  2. Improve on deliverable services and contracts for maximum leverage with suppliers and costs charged.
  3. Activate a robust council to communications with people in real time and in ways needed and suit them.
