Why I'm standing

I'm running for election because I've seen firsthand the challenges our whānau and communities face in Heretaunga Hastings. I want to ensure their voices are heard and that council decisions actively support community-led solutions that uplift rangatahi, strengthen whānau and moves communities forward. Our communities need new, strong, unapologetic voices at the table to drive accountability, protect our taiao, and deliver practical outcomes that make a difference in people's everyday lives.

About me

I will make a good elected representative because I bring lived experience, a deep understanding of our communities, and a proven commitment to helping whānau and rangatahi thrive. I listen, I act, and I stand by my communities, ensuring their voices are represented and their needs are prioritised in council decisions.
