Why I'm standing

I am standing to be re-elected to the local board in Botany to continue delivering practical, community-focused solutions. As a proven leader, I've championed the dedicated youth space, opposed the Burswood Busway route change, fought for safer streets and fiscal discipline. With deep local roots, I understand Botany's diverse, vibrant needs. I'll keep pushing for council to do the basics well, tackling illegal dumping, fostering economic growth, and ensuring council accountability.

About me

I'm a dedicated community leader with deep Botany roots, elected to the local board for Botany since 2017. My independent, practical approach drives results, from youth development, transport safety, to grassroots advocacy. I work collaboratively, avoiding divisive politics, and prioritise financial discipline to ensure council accountability. My strong ties with local schools, businesses and diverse communities enable me to listen and deliver for residents, building a stronger, safer Botany.

My priorities
  1. Prudent management of council rates and the budget to ensure value for ratepayers.
  2. Advocate for transparency from council and ensure Botany's voice guides decisions.
  3. Deliver transport solutions and safety projects that reflect needs of Botany residents.
