Why I'm standing

I have the energy and time to make a difference and I am all about accountability, honesty and transparency. People deserve the above from their representatives.

About me

I have lived in both Te Aroha and Matamata and feel connected to the region. I have and still am connected in the sports area coaching youth players. I have also been heavily involved in sports administration at committee and board level and feel I can make a difference in that I am not there to "tick the box".

My priorities
  1. Get a greater return on investment by the ratepayers or see a reduction in rates.
  2. Regain trust in councils by prioritising transparency.
  3. Provide active areas of quality for sports, cycling, exercise, walking and community for all.
