Why I'm standing

There are wonderful people across this glorious region and they deserve council leadership that is effective, practical and community-focused to ensure an Otago that thrives: environmentally, socially and economically.

About me

A council functions through collective decision making. I am a collaborative thinker and seek positive outcomes that bring unity. Being an active member of the community over the past 28 years I have a wide network across business, conservation and sporting sectors so can bring a perspective to decision making that is relevant to the community.

My priorities
  1. Act for the long-lasting health of biodiversity at scale throughout the region.
  2. Improve communication and relevance about the impact council and people can make together.
  3. Collaborate with manawhenua and with communities to optimise positive impacts on our environment.
