Why I'm standing

I'm running for the Rodney Local Board again because I believe our communities deserve a strong local voice at council. Over the past three years, I've worked hard to ensure our rates are invested back into our towns, delivering more improvements than ever before. From safer roads and footpaths to better playgrounds, halls, and sports fields, I've built a solid foundation. I want to keep fighting for fairer funding, better infrastructure, and thriving communities.

About me

I will make a good candidate because I bring proven experience, strong local connections, and a commitment to delivering real results. As a local and a current board member, I understand our challenges and priorities. I have shown I can fight for investment, improve facilities, and advocate for fairer funding. Practical, approachable, and focused on outcomes, I will continue working hard to ensure Rodney's communities have the voice, services, and infrastructure they deserve.

My priorities
  1. Improve local public facilities.
  2. Secure sports and leisure access for Rodney residents.
  3. Spend more of our rates locally.
