Why I'm standing

I am passionate about Rotorua. Six years ago there was hardly any homelessness. Three years ago somewhat but now homelessness is out of control. This council and government need to be accountable for what has happened here and that includes our debt. If you want to get our city back I am your man vote Davis for council.

About me

I have thirty years experience in the tourism business. I am a people person, honest, committed, hard working and want to make a difference for the good of all the residents of Rotorua. I am a logical and practical thinker not afraid to ask the hard questions and I get the results.

My priorities
  1. Cap rates as residents are not a bank and rates have gone up far too much for too long.
  2. Tackle homelessness with a multiple long-term plan and real solutions with no more sticky plasters.
  3. Ensure people feel safe in the city and increase tourist numbers for a thriving city.
