Papakura electorate
Papakura covers some of Auckland’s southernmost suburbs including Rosehill, Red Hill, and Keri Hill as well as many of the outlying southern Auckland settlements such as Clevedon, Hunua, and Kawakwa Bay. The seat is held by National’s Judith Collins, who retained the seat that had been part of Clevedon when electorates were redrawn in 2008. Collins is retiring in 2026. She was re-elected in 2023 with a margin of 24,109. National won a majority of the party vote with 52%, followed by Labour on 21%. The papakura electorate has the odd distinction of having exactly no decile six schools.
