Why I'm standing

I believe that it is time for a fresh approach to balance and protect the Island's treasures and resources while being enterprising and proactive for the well being of locals.

About me

I have been coming here since 1976 and have lived here full time for the past fifteen years with my husband Francis. I have seen the growth of the community and the increasing demands on the island resources over a long period. I have experience in the hospitality/tourism trade and some community support services over the past 30 years.

My priorities
  1. Attract opportunities for the young perhaps more apprentice schemes.
  2. Addressing the issue of rising costs... no fuel subsidies, no transport discounts (Gold Card users).
  3. Advocating for more communication between supermarkets/freight company.
