Why I'm standing

I know that Banks Peninsula gets forgotten by our council, and I want to continue to make sure it always gets remembered. I believe in the people of Banks Peninsula to get the job done for our environment and communities and I believe I have the skills that can facilitate and help realise that.

About me

I have a rare skillset in that I have extensive experience in the investment banking sector as an analyst, the social sector as a social worker, and the local government sector as a community board member, which helps me understand issues, relate to people and make decisions based on hard evidence.

My priorities
  1. Make sure all existing funding for Banks Peninsula earmarked in the long term plan is locked in.
  2. Make sure our vulnerable water and roading infrastructure has a concrete plan to get it fixed.
  3. Make sure Lyttelton Port is not sold.
