Why I'm standing

I've secured a much-needed refresh of the Linwood Village, a well-deserved Living Wage for city workers and championed a crackdown on land banking in our central city. Now I'm working on free pool access and lessons for children. But I know there's still much more to do, and I've got a long list of things to crack on with, including getting our shuttle bus back and investing in light-rail.

About me

I grew up here, went to school in the inner city, and I've been fortunate enough to buy my first home here. Most importantly I have spent the last three years representing the Central Ward and we have made real progress on issues such as CBD land-banking, the Linwood Village, implementing a Living Wage, and the reinstatement of the CBD shuttle.

My priorities
  1. I want to secure a commitment from council and government to begin work on a light-rail network.
  2. Lock in a package to enable better access to our swimming pools and facilities.
  3. Extending the Living Wage.
