Why I'm standing

I'll bring diversity of thinking and experience to the council table. This is a beautiful part of the country, let's keep it that way for future generations. There are challenges ahead we need to be prepared for, but communities working together can effect powerful change. I'll draw on my business skills and life experience to bring a fresh perspective to council. I can spot opportunities and creative solutions for challenges.

About me

I had marketing and management roles in the building industry before starting ABE’S Bagels, which now runs without me, and have commercial beehives on a pocket of native bush in Pukorokoro/Miranda. My son attends Hauraki Plains College. I’ll bring business and governance experience and a different perspective. I'll listen to the community and make sure all views are represented fairly.

My priorities
  1. Reduce waste to landfill, everyone taking action. Save the planet and save some money too.
  2. Work towards Predator-free 2050 and lead the world, make this a stunning place to live and play.
  3. Make this a vibrant, inclusive and fun community to be part of.
