Kaikohe-Hokianga Community Board
The Kaikohe-Hokianga Community Board represents your local community and advocates to Far North District Council about local issues, including public transport and facilities such as libraries and parks. The board is made up of seven members: six members elected by voters, including one member from your area, and one councillor from the Far North District council. This is a single transferable vote (STV) election, so you vote by ranking the candidates on your ballot paper. - Investigate how to better utilise the amazing tourism aspects we have to improve unity.
- Get our town hall pumping as the heart of the community it used to be.
