Why I'm standing

I believe Dunedin is a great city but people are disengaged as they are not being listened to. Council engagement is at an all-time low. I believe the Otago Peninsula is the jewel in Dunedin's crown and we must continue to protect our wildlife, beaches and shoreline. I am active in many local enviro initiatives. I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact on the community board if re-elected.

About me

I have been on the community board for the past 3 years and have worked hard to represent the local community. A patient listener and a person who works hard for the local community. It has been a pleasure to represent the needs of the local people and local issues. I would like to continue the work the board is doing and keep giving 100 percent commitment and a positive attitude to this role.

My priorities
  1. Continue to push for coastal erosion to be a priority on the penninsula.
  2. Introduce smaller electric buses on the peninsula.
  3. Revamp the bus service and make it more user-friendly for all.
