Why I'm standing

I believe in and believe that Tūrangi-Tongariro deserves to be a top tier New Zealand centre and I want to build on our current momentum.

About me

I am a member of the current community board and serve on many local trusts and charities, ranging from the environment to education. These roles have built upon my in-depth understanding of local government and governance, and more importantly community relationship building. I am not afraid to go against the grain and I will always advocate for the best community outcome.

My priorities
  1. Listen, engage and be available to take action on behalf of communities to achieve their aspirations.
  2. Equitable, sustainable distribution of ratepayer funds, ensuring maintained assets and infrastructure.
  3. Work to the strengths of elected members and be effective, uniting our district and exceeding expectations.
