Waihopai Toetoe Community Board

The Waihopai Toetoe Community Board represents your local community and advocates to Southland District Council about local issues, including public transport and facilities such as libraries and parks. The board is made up of eight members: seven members elected by voters, and one councillor from the Southland District Council. I am employed in the rural sector, and I am passionate about supporting our farmers, so they also are listened to.

My priorities

Work with government agencies to make sure our roads are well maintained for the future.
Introduce a user-friendly waste-minimising process, for a better environmental impact.
Create outdoor spaces for our communities to use as safe environments for their families.
