Why I'm standing

With accounting and business skills I believe I can add value to decisions that need immediate investment but often have long term impacts that are not aligned to the immediate spending of resources, including time cash and community impacts.

About me

I was raised with the view you are part of a community and support it rather than asking that community to support you. In my professional capacity, I support the development of enterprise, and in my charity work I take those skills and develop financial strength in the charitable sector. I believe I can balance the needs to both enterprise and community by representing all constituents.

My priorities
  1. Develop local eco-tourism ventures that attract visitors, create employment and preserve resources.
  2. Creating healthy water ways that support drinking, swimming and preserve our scarce resources.
  3. Promote sustainability of local communities by attracting youth into the regions.
