The Waimāero Fendalton-Waimairi-Harewood Community Board represents your local community and advocates to Christchurch City Council about local issues, including public transport and facilities such as libraries and parks. The board is made up of nine members: six members elected by voters, including two members from your area, and three councillors from the Christchurch City council. Why I'm standing

Having been your representative for the past two terms, I am encouraged to continue the work for a third term for a community which has been home for over 20 years.

About me

I am super active in the community as an elected member, a Justice of the Peace, a Rotarian, Neighbourhood Support, Neighbourly lead, life member of Christchurch Multicultural council etc. Being a Community Board member is yet another facet of my community engagement and participation.

My priorities
  1. Be the voice of the local community.
  2. Be active is different facets of local community life.
  3. Contribute through my skills and experience.
