Ensure WCRC has excellent and efficient business practices to optimise service delivery, maximise public benefit, and minimise rates cost.
Ensure all members of the region's community have opportunity to be heard when setting and implementing plans, and can access meetings.
Continue to develop and build the strength of the WCRC partnership agreement with local iwi to deliver great outcomes for the West Coast.
Ensure even representation around the council table.
