Why I'm standing

I believe our town is more than a service town but is becoming a destination. I love seeing a town where everyone is working together as I believe the force of many is greater than one. Being here in Te Puke for 17 years. I am commited to see it become better place than when I arrived. I want to be a voice to council for our district.

About me

I am a business man (building company) been working in the community in the "not for profit" sector. Co-founder of the daily trust/cafe. Past chairman of the local cycleway/walkway group. Volunteer fire fighter for 13 years. Current community board chairperson and on the steering group of CoLab. I would be a good representative to council for our community.

My priorities
  1. Good engagement with the community. Listen and act on behalf of being connected to the community.
  2. The new swimming pool location, design and built by 2025.
  3. That Te Puke will have a by pass around the CBD.
