Why I'm standing
I am a long-term advocate for the Woodend-Sefton area and believe I can do that more effectively as a Board member.
About me
I was previously a proactive Woodend-Sefton Community Board member from 2016 – 19. I offer experience, knowledge, tenacity and integrity. I have a track record of involvement in numerous community projects, including 8 years with the Pegasus Residents' Group (not current). I have lived locally for over 15 years and have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the area.
My priorities
- Build a purpose-built community centre in Pegasus that will be an asset for the entire district.
- Ensure council sit up and take notice of the Woodend-Sefton area, and its rapid growth.
- Make decisions based on fact, first-hand knowledge and research; not speculation, hearsay or emotion.
