Why I'm standing

I believe local government is more important now than ever; decisions made close to the people they affect have tremendous value. I am standing for re-election to ensure we continue to get the investment we need for our West Auckland community.

About me

I am known for being experienced and hardworking; having served six years governing on the Henderson-Massey local board, 17 years in small business ownership and operation, four years governing a school (BOT) and serving on numerous community volunteer projects. I am well-connected and responsive to our community. I collaborate and work positively with others to get things done and I ask the hard questions and listen to expert advice.

My priorities
  1. Create thriving communities by committing to vibrant neighbourhoods that are safe and connected.
  2. Fight for infrastructure to support the growth in the area.
  3. Invest in environmental protection and climate resilience including water quality and flood protection.
