The Howick Local Board is one of 21 local boards in Auckland. The local board makes a plan for your area and decides on local issues, activities and facilities. It also oversees council services and facilities in your area, including libraries and parks. The local board is made up of 11 members. Members are elected to represent different subdivisions within the local board area. three members will be elected from your area. Ratepayers deserve better than endless rate hikes, wasteful projects, and crumbling services. After 18 years in Pakuranga, I've seen firsthand the cost of poor planning, unsafe roads, and rising living costs. As a business owner and community advocate, I understand how to establish clear priorities and deliver effective results. As your ACT local candidate, I'll restore common sense: lower rates, reliable infrastructure, and a council that puts ratepayers first. Your vote will make it happen.

As a business owner, operations manager, and community advocate, I bring real experience in solving problems and delivering results. I know how to cut waste, manage budgets, and hold council accountable. Families and businesses deserve affordable rates, reliable services, and full transparency. My priority is simple: safe streets, working infrastructure, and every dollar spent wisely. That's the practical, common-sense representation I will deliver for our community.

My priorities
  1. Cut waste and keep rates low by focusing the council on essentials only.
  2. Fix basics such as roads, drains and water infrastructure that locals depend on.
  3. Cut red tape so homes and businesses can grow affordably.
