I have experience in capital intensive work and financial skills to help address rates and cost of living issues which will be valuable on council.
About me
I have contributed to the local community as chair of the community board, chair of KK150 anniversary and been involved with integrating environmental and economic strategies.
My priorities
- Address the cost of living driven by high rate increases, with rates having increased 33% in three years.
- Address water issues such as flooding, storm water mitigation and coastal erosion.
- Resolve Local Water Done Well so ratepayers are not faced with rates of $6,000 and doubling of rates in seven years.
