Why I'm standing

I care deeply about our community and believe every person in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu deserves the opportunity to live well and thrive, regardless of their background or socio-economic circumstances. A prosperous future should be within reach for all, not just a few. Our local board plays a vital role in shaping that vision; ensuring fair access to resources, supporting local aspirations, and enabling a stronger, more connected community for generations ahead.

About me

I bring legal expertise and governance experience across health, education and financial capability to this role. Living and working in our community gives me a grounded perspective, and I am committed to listening carefully to the voices of our people. I know we don't hold all the solutions, and I am prepared to acknowledge when we get things wrong. I welcome accountability as a pathway to building trust and delivering better outcomes.

My priorities
  1. Ensure locals are able to remain in the area through affordable housing.
  2. Improve playgrounds and public amenities to ensure the community has access to quality services.
  3. Leverage the airport and current infrastructure projects for local employment and business.
