Why I'm standing

As a candidate, I believe strong leadership and sensible spending are crucial. Council should be run like a business, led by individuals with relevant experience. The Community Board's role is to engage with the community, so I will prioritise listening to and amplifying local voices. With a Bachelor of Architecture degree, experience as a small and large business owner, and as a commercial and residential landlord, I am confident in my ability to lead effectively.

About me

I have a long connection with the area and as a resident of Kuaotunu, I will listen to the voices of our community and be a strong advocate for them. I am not afraid of hard work and will work tirelessly to ensure the Community Board has all the information needed to make informed decisions and implement positive change. My priorities are community first, practical solutions and strong representation.

My priorities
  1. Prioritise footpaths for some of our smaller towns that have been overlooked.
  2. Prioritise sensible spending and common-sense solutions.
  3. Listen to the community's largest concerns such as sirens, water meters, transportation and tourism.
