Why I'm standing

I am committed to building a better city, not just for today, but for my two young sons and the generations to come. I believe it is about creating safe neighbourhoods, strong communities and opportunities for all. I want to focus on sustainable growth, quality facilities and inclusive services to ensure children inherit a city they are proud to call home. I believe together we can shape a future where every family thrives and every child has the chance to succeed.

About me

I am born and raised in South Auckland. I have lived across our community and deeply understand its strengths and challenges. I am proud to represent Ōtara and the wider local board and bring experience, skill and passion to every decision. Together we have achieved important progress, and I am committed to continuing and improving our projects. I live and breathe South Auckland and am dedicated to bringing our people's voice and potential to the decision-making table.

My priorities
  1. Honour Te Tiriti and support co-governance with Mana Whenua in local board decisions.
  2. Secure funding to build a new athletics track and or indoor sports facility at Manukau Sports Bowl.
  3. Transform Ōtara Town Centre by optimising public sites and reinvesting funds into facility upgrades.
