Why I'm standing

No matter how hard our communities back each other, we also need a council that steps up. That's why I ran, and since then I've worked to make council more transparent, invest in libraries, reduce sewage discharges, and secure a water charter that puts people first. We've made progress, but things must work better and feel fairer. I'm running to keep building a leadership that shows up, speaks up, and gets things done.

About me

I haven't won every battle, but I never leave the room without giving voice to those who aren't heard: your hopes, your challenges and the consequences of our decisions. That's what drives me to build support across the council table, even with those I don't agree with. We deserve councillors who don't just react but push for change, and who act for the community because they are part of the community.

My priorities
  1. Make decisions that are made by the council with the community, not to the community.
  2. Champion a city that thrives for everyone, not just for today but well into the future.
  3. Deliver the essentials within a balanced budget, including homes, transport, water and waste that work.
