The represents your local community and advocates to Selwyn District Council about local issues, including public transport and facilities such as libraries and parks. The board is made up of ten councillors: elected by voters, including three councillors from your area, and from the Selwyn District council. But that may be about to change, with central government seeking to shift the delivery of Three Waters services to four new larger entities, which could borrow enough to upgrade the country’s water infrastructure.
