Tararua needs strong governance, disciplined financial management and open engagement so our communities can help shape decisions. That means clear systems, smarter use of every dollar and creative solutions like shared services to cut waste and deliver better value. Local government is heading into a period of significant change, and we must be ready to adapt. By doing things differently and working together, we can restore trust, stay affordable and build a confident, future-focused district.
