Why I'm standing

I am running because Innes deserves a strong, independent voice that delivers real results. Too often, council spends time and money on projects that miss the mark while the basics are left undone. I want practical, commonsense decisions that put people first and deliver value for every ratepayer dollar. I want to fix what is not working, protect what makes our community special, and make sure Innes is set up to thrive well into the future.

About me

I am a problem solver who knows how to cut through noise and get results. As a strategy manager and world champion athlete, I am used to setting ambitious goals, working hard and delivering under pressure. I listen, ask the hard questions and focus on outcomes that matter to real people. I have governance experience, strong community connections and I am proud to live right here in the Innes Ward.

My priorities
  1. Keep rates under control for homeowners and renters alike by focusing on essentials and value.
  2. Design roads that keep the city moving and stop the endless rollout of speed bumps.
  3. Make future-focused decisions that stack up financially and protect what makes Innes special.
