Why I'm standing

Waitaki is a beautiful and unique district which I have had the pleasure of exploring through my previous job and free time. I will bring local government experience and youth to the council which will offer a different perspective. I want to make sure people's opinions and concerns are being heard. I am passionate about this community and want to do more to improve it for the future.

About me

I have lived in Oamaru for over six years and have spent approximately seven years working in local government which gives me a good understanding of how councils operate.

My priorities
  1. Support local business and promote economic growth.
  2. Ensure council provides clear and transparent information to the public.
  3. Reduce expenditure in ways that do not negatively affect core services and infrastructure.
