Why I'm standing

I am standing for local government because Wellington needs councillors who can set aside their differences and work for the community. I understand how decisions affect people; residents, entrepreneurs and communities alike. I want to restore confidence, fix core services like water and housing, back local business and creativity, and ensure ratepayers get real value for money.

About me

I would make a good elected representative because I combine real-world business experience with a deep commitment to community and the environment. I understand the challenges faced by residents and local businesses alike, and I know how to turn ideas into action. I listen, collaborate and get things done. My focus is on fixing foundations while keeping Wellington's unique character alive.

My priorities
  1. Focus on good financial management and transparency at council to restore trust and keep the city affordable.
  2. Recognise arts and creativity as central to Wellington's identity and economy.
  3. Enable local businesses to thrive in order to build vibrancy and support innovation.
