Why I'm standing

After arriving in New Zealand with nothing, thanks to my community I have been able to give back as a school and emergency department nurse, spending my working life protecting New Zealanders on the frontline of our covid-19 response. I am a proud mother of three, including two children who have grown up to also be frontline medical staff.

About me

I believe in a multicultural society, where everyone has the chance to contribute towards the development of Auckland. I am passionate about opportunities to grow our city through community events public programmes, and cultural festivals, such as Diwali and the colour festival.

My priorities
  1. Encourage transport options, more electric vehicle charging stations around Maungakiekie.
  2. I am passionate about opportunities to grow our city through community events and cultural festivals.
  3. My community have supported me to become who I am. I believe in working together with community.
