Petone Community Board

The Petone Community Board represents your local community and advocates to Hutt City Council about local issues, including public transport and facilities such as libraries and parks. The board is made up of six members. This is a first past the post (FPP) election, so you vote by ticking the name of your preferred candidate on your ballot paper.     Develop an '8-80' vision that allows good quality footpaths, cycleways, roads to be suitable for 8-80 year olds to be safely used and enjoyed.

    Partner with others, such as Greater Wellington Regional Council to ensure the needs of the Petone Community Board residents are actually met, that public transport is an effective option.
