Why I'm standing

I am passionate about small town NZ and what this means to our way of life. I am disillusioned with central government overreach into local matters. I wish to promote locals for locals by locals and advocate for all in both Te Awamutu and Kihikihi.

About me

I have lived in the Waipā for 30 years raising my four adult children. I am honest, passionate, and enthusiastic with a common sense, practical approach. Available, non judgmental and here for all residents. We all matter.

My priorities
  1. My opinion isn't of importance here. The voice of our people is what matters. Needs before wants.
  2. Being on the community board will be a huge learning curve for me, however I relish the challenge.
  3. To listen and advocate for all. And serve to the best of my ability with the knowledge I have.
