Vincent Community Board

The Vincent Community Board represents your local community and advocates to Central Otago District Council about local issues, including public transport and facilities such as libraries and parks. The board is made up of four members. This is a first past the post (FPP) election, so you vote by ticking the name of your preferred candidate on your ballot paper.   • Urge council to undertake the independent Council Mark Review to ascertain how good we are in our primary roles, as per the August 2021 request.

    Initiate council staff to buddy commercial people to foster a culture of collaboration and engagement, improving transparency and trust.

    Engage with community groups to ensure no one is "left behind" on account of race, disability, financial means or social standing.
