Why I'm standing

I consider a diverse, tolerant, trusting, and comfortable community, that allows individuals and groups to flourish and thrive. To foster this togetherness, wellbeing, harmony, and sense of belonging, I am running for community board for the central ward, Christchurch.

About me

My diverse experience being involved as a community board member, community advocate, researcher, business lecturer, marriage celebrant, Justice of the Peace, wife and mother of two teenagers, gives me the ability to recognise and respond to the community's needs and wellbeing.

My priorities
  1. Consider "people" at the heart of every decision-making by ensuring the people's voices are heard.
  2. Advocate for investing in safety measures to make residential streets and intersections safe for all.
  3. Advocate for all decisions must regard climate and ecological change.
