Why I'm standing

I believe our country needs us now more than ever. Our country is divided. I want to stand up for our democracy. I want to stand up and speak about topics that are not widely spoken about, such as mental health. I am standing to do my part to bring the people of New Zealand back together again.

About me

My background is commerce, graduating from Auckland University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. It was in my mid-thirties that I pivoted into the mental health field and studied to be a counsellor and then extended this to life and business coaching, becoming a published author and speaker. It is my life experience that has defined who I am today and what will be one of the greatest qualities I bring to politics.
