Why I'm standing

I believe that animals deserve a voice in parliament. The many issues of neglect and abuse faced by all kinds of animals in Aotearoa need to be addressed urgently. Political representation is the best way to achieve this.

About me

I have lived in the Hamilton West electorate for my whole life and I feel I have the experience and dedication required to represent our community well in parliament. The people and animals in Hamilton West need a representative with integrity who will stand for them, and who cares deeply about their well-being. I care and want to help and I think those are the best qualities a politician should have.

My priorities
  1. Fund and support animal shelters and sanctuaries.
  2. Fund the desexing of companion animals.
  3. Support the call for an independent commissioner for animals.
