Why I'm standing
My motivation for running is simply that I have gotten very disillusioned with the not only the direction the country is heading in, but also the poor quality of decision making and complete lack of understanding around the unintended consequences of various decisions. I just really believe we need a real change not just swapping red for blue.
About me
I listen and I think. I have had a fair bit to do with many politicians over the years and very few of them do that.
My priorities
- We need proper reform of the the resource management system in the next 3 years.
- Sound economic management, and cutting wasteful spending is essential.
- We need to ensure the rules and regulations for farming make sense, so that farming can be fun again.
