Councillors are elected to represent wards (areas in Auckland). one councillor will be elected from your ward. This is a first past the post (FPP) election, so you vote by ticking the name of your preferred candidate on your ballot paper. Compare the candidates and their policies to decide who to vote for in the Auckland Council election.

Why I'm standing

I am standing to make Whau and Auckland accessible, sustainable, inclusive, and fun for all who work, live, play, and visit here.

About me

I have spent the last three years serving the Whau Local Board with passion and commitment, alongside a decade of experience in the charities and disabilities sectors. I live, work, and raise my children in Whau and I am dedicated to its future. I will bring fresh energy, local perspective, whānau focus, and a strong sense of community to the role of Whau Ward Councillor.

My priorities
  1. Improve access for disabled people and those of all ages in Tāmaki Makaurau.
  2. Protect green space for community and environmental wellbeing, including Avondale Racecourse.
  3. Improve transport choice across the city.
