Why I'm standing

I am concerned about the uncontrolled spending and no accountability. With 15% per annum rate hikes, it is unsustainable.

About me

Being a business owner and in real estate, I deal with problems on all levels concerning council daily. I have the qualifications (LLB) and experience to find solutions and be the go-between councils and ratepayers on a logical basis.

My priorities
  1. Get spending back to affordable levels on the must-haves not the high-level vanity projects.
  2. Speed up the decision on the location of the new bridge.
  3. Stop the idea of 15-minute cities currently in the spatial plan to safeguard current businesses.
