Support communities driving festivals and similar events and focus council efforts on roads, pipes and refuse as core issues.
Postpone all future pools and recreational facilities, as well as other "fluffy things" until financially affordable.
Continue funding the library and recreation centre, support halls to be used often and upgrade facilities when affordable.
Create an art strategy as soon as possible as the arts are very strong in Golden Bay and Motueka and create a stronger relationship with the arts.
