ACT Local: Real Change. Lower Rates.

Why I'm standing

Over the last 8 years I have watched ratepayers been let down with higher rates, more bureaucracy and wasteful projects, while core services are neglected. With rising debt I am very concerned for the future of this city. I firmly believe my experiences as a business owner, Naval Officer and Policeman will allow me to set clear priorities and deliver results for the city.

About me

I'm a business owner with a proven record of cutting waste, managing budgets, and delivering results. I understand the pressures families and businesses face. I will focus on keeping rates affordable, protecting core services, and restoring transparency. With strong community ties and practical experience, I'll ensure money is spent wisely. Local government should serve ratepayers. As your ACT Local candidate, I'll bring disciplined, accountable leadership that puts residents first and restores commonsense to council.

My priorities
  1. Cut wasteful spending as this council must reduce debt or very rapidly it will get out of control.
  2. Focus on the basics by fixing roads, drains and water infrastructure that locals depend on.
  3. Reduce bureaucracy by minimising costly council induced delays to construction and other businesses.
